Refund Policy

We offer a 30 days cancellation policy after making the payment for any courses via your online learning portal. No refunds will be made after the 30 days period.

Cancellation must be made via either email or in writing by letter.

When doing so the Customer should state his/her name, email address, contact number and the reason for cancellation.

A refund will be issued back to your credit card or your bank account, depending on your initial mode of payment.

Where a course has been purchased with a recognised third party provider, Emote Breakthrough are not liable or responsible to issue any refunds, and  you are to adhere to the policy of the organization which you purchased from.
